KüchenOnline is our own product for planning and buying kitchens online – for consumers who want to plan digitally instead of driving to a showroom several times. Behind it runs our multi-tenant commerce platform: from the first website visit through appointment booking, planning and electronic contract signing to invoicing, delivery and installation – all in one system. Delivery and installation across Germany, planning also in Austria.

KüchenOnline is the first tenant of our own platform. Every feature we offer future tenants runs in live operation in our own kitchen business first – with real customers, real orders, real invoices.
- Online appointment booking in under two minutes: a calendar with real availability, double bookings ruled out at database level, confirmation with video-meeting link within seconds.
- From lead to project without retyping: every booking automatically creates customer, project and appointment in the CRM – via a cryptographically secured interface.
- A customer portal instead of phone chains: project status in real time, all documents, appointments, invoices and requests in one place – with a personal login for every customer.
- Electronic contract signing, built for legal certainty: the customer signs exactly the frozen, checksum-sealed document – with certificate page, timestamp and a complete audit trail.
- Order, invoice, payment – one data flow: invoicing, open items and payment status run in the same system as planning and installation.
- One dedicated contact from first planning to handover.
HOW IT IS BUILT
The same substance we use for client projects – and GDPR from day one: data-processing agreements with all subprocessors, documented deletion processes, a privacy policy that matches reality.

EU data residency & tenant isolation
All data resides in the EU. Every tenant is isolated at database level – enforced by the database system itself and verified by automated cross-tenant tests.
Security as a process
Signing links and access codes stored only as cryptographic hashes, interfaces signed and rate-limited, recurring internal audits – findings land in the code as fixes.
Measurable quality
Over 7,000 automated tests before every change, no release without a green pipeline. Nightly integrity checks against the target state, backups to separate infrastructure.
